About:

Adrian is an interdisciplinary scholar, with graduate degrees in economics and geography. His dissertation research is a multi-sited ethnographic study of development economists conducting field experiments in Kenya and Tanzania. His research looks at how the scientific practices and concepts of contemporary development economists intersect and interact with East African social and cultural life.

Adrian is also enrolled in the Ph.D. Designated Emphasis in Science and Technology Studies.
