Support Anthropology

Berkeley faculty, graduate students, and undergraduates are changing the way we understand the world. You can be part of our work in three ways:

First, if you are interested in being on an email mailing list for lectures and conferences where Berkeley anthropologists present their work, whether in the Bay Area or elsewhere, please fill in the form here with your details. Our mailing list will not be shared with any other person or department without your explicit prior permission.

Second, if you want to receive periodic mailings of our department newsletter, which will be sent as an email attachment PDF, please check the appropriate box on the form.

Third, consider a donation to support Anthropology teaching and research. There are multiple ways to give:

• through an online form using a credit card
• by mailing a check made out to "UC Regents" to the main Department of Anthropology office
• or, if you want additional information, please email the department chair or manager.

Funding from individual donors can help the department support public programs; can provide funding to allow undergraduates to pursue research with faculty; can help support dissertation research and presentation of findings at conferences by graduate students; and can support faculty initiatives like public lecture series.
