Anthropology Graduate Students awarded Jacob Javits Fellowship
The Jacob K. Javits program provides fellowships to students of superior academic ability. In this year's 2009 Jacob K. Javits competition, five graduate students in Anthropology were awarded these prestigious multi-year fellowships. They include continuing anthropological archaeology students Elliot Blair, Katie Chiou, and Heather Law, and Medical Anthropology students Rachael Ceasar (continuing) and Rosalynn Vega (incoming).
